![]() Geoff Clive, DDSPresidentDr. Geoffrey Clive grew up in Beaverton, OR and Wenatchee, WA. As a northwest native, he sorted cherries during the summer. He spent two years in Argentina on an ecclesiastical mission and learned Spanish. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology from Brigham Young University in 2011. He decided to attend dental school and earned his dental degree from the University of Maryland-Baltimore in 2015. After dental school, he practiced as a general dentist in the Baltimore suburbs for two years. He completed specialty training in endodontics at University of Missouri- Kansas City in 2019. He has been practicing as an endodontist in the Milwaukie area since then. He enjoys collaborating with local dentists and providing the best care possible for his patients. Dr. Clive is married and is a father. He enjoys taking his family on hikes, traveling to visit family, and traveling to new places. He likes racquetball, frisbee golf, eclipse chasing, and making craft chocolate. ![]() Bryan Schofield, DMDVice PresidentDr. Bryan Schofield spent his childhood growing up in Salem before attending the University of Oregon and then relocating to Portland. Prior to pursuing dentistry, he worked for eight years in the whole body donation industry as a laboratory manager, overseeing anatomical donations for surgical training and research purposes. Dr. Schofield received his dental degree from OHSU and then moved near Boise to complete an AEGD at Idaho State University. After returning to Portland, Dr. Schofield worked in several private practices prior to purchasing his practice (Wy'east Dental) in Happy Valley from Frances Sunseri. Outside of the office Dr. Schofield tries to spend as much time pursuing outdoor activities such as running, biking, snowboarding, water skiing, and camping to name a few. He also enjoys spending time at home in the Montavilla neighborhood with his partner Allison and their two dogs and cat, taking in concerts, and trying all the pizza the city has to offer. ![]() Mo Biria, DMDSecretary-TreasurerI attended OSU prior to my dental training at OHSU. After completing the GPR program at Portland VAMC, I worked in Clackamas for one year, then 11 years in Klamath Falls. I have now been practicing for 8 years in West Linn. I enjoy spending time with my wife Billie-Jean and our three young children. Together we love to explore all things outdoors. ![]() Noelle Klemann, DMDImmediate Past PresidentDr. Noelle Klemann has been in the dental field since 2006, which is when she began her training to become a dental hygienist. It didn’t take her long to realize that she wanted more from her career, so she began pursuing dental school. She graduated from the Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry as a National Dental Honor Society member. After that, she chose to complete a general practice residency at the VA Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Klemann loves to take continuing education coursework and considers herself a lifelong learner. In 2020 she purchased her practice, Distinctive Dentistry, and is excited to provide dental care to the residents of Clackamas and the surrounding communities. In Dr. Klemann's practice, she takes a whole-body approach to dental care and advises her patients that simple oral health improvements can enhance their overall health. When Dr. Noelle is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She is an avid gardener and DIY-er. She has an embarrassingly large hardy fuchsia collection, too many house plants, and a growing tool collection for all her at- home projects! She and her son always enjoy a good fishing trip, too! ![]() Fred Bremner, DMDEditor, Executive DirectorBefore retirement in December 2022 I had a general dental practice for 5 years then a specialty practice in Periodontics for 53 years. After graduation from University of Oregon Dental School in 1964 I spent 2 years in the US Air Force Dental Corp., Clark Air Base, Republic of the Philippines. For 10 years I was Associate Professor in periodontics OHSU and mentored three different Perio Study Clubs over a 36 year time period. I have served in leadership roles in American Association of Dental Editors, Oregon Society of Periodontics, Clackamas County Dental Society and Oregon Dental Association. My purpose for involvement in our profession is "Serving to Encourage Excellence in Dentistry" SEED. I am a native-born Oregonian, love backpacking and wildflower photography. My current responsibilities include: Editor for Clackamas County Dental Society, Executive Director for Clackamas County Dental Society, and Board member of for B-17 Alliance Foundation. Natalie Potter, DMDDirectorDr. Natalie Potter, originally from Anchorage, Alaska, lived in Oregon City for over 20 years where she raised her two children. She currently resides in Molalla and works as an associate dentist at The Dentist Off Main with Dr. Olesya Salathe. Natalie developed her passion and love for dentistry working as a dental assistant in West Linn for 15 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree at Portland State University and attended graduate dental school at Oregon Health and Science University. She has found dentistry to be a perfect fit as she enjoys a blend of science, health care, and art throughout her daily routine. When she is not working, Natalie can be found spending time outdoors or spoiling her Frenchie, Stella. She enjoys hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and snowboarding. She also enjoys long distance running, especially relays and has participated in “the mother of all relays”, Hood to Coast seven times. |
